Description: Join Sara Live for this 25 minute breath and meditation to calm the busy energy of your body in order to also calm the busy, overthinking mind. Sara will guide you through a seated practice to release tension through your neck, shoulders, and spine allowing you to breathe effectively. This will be followed by a calming breath practice to slow down the momentum of your energy. Once relaxed and calm, we will complete the practice with a meditation to befriend our thoughts and emotions. Make yourself comfortable with any props you need to sit for a brief time.
